Paris Hilton married businessman Carter Reum on November 11, 2021. The couple had known each other for 15 years, but they only met again in 2019, when they started dating. A beautiful ceremony was held in a very symbolic place for the bride: the property of her deceased grandfather, Barron Hilton - successor of the hotelier Conrad Hilton, in Bel-Air, Los Angeles.
In October 2021, the socialite had already celebrated her bachelorette party in Las Vegas, when she was accompanied by her sister, Nicky: sister-in-law, Tessa: mother, Kathy; and by the groom.
At the wedding ceremony, Paris wore several dresses, starting with the model with long sleeves and embroidered flowers, rich in details, in classic style lace, signed by Oscar de la Renta. The bride said: “Since I was a little girl, I dreamed of my fairytale wedding. I dreamed of being in a stunning dress that was beautiful, timeless and chic. I dreamed of marrying a man who was my best friend and had the sweetest, kindest heart. I loved Princess Grace Kelly and I always thought about how elegant and iconic she was and I knew I wanted to be elegant like her when I walked down the aisle.
My wedding day felt like pure magic. It was everything I had envisioned in my mind. My amazing dress turned me into the bride I knew I would one day be. It came out of a storybook. Dreams come true." Her hair was tied up, with bangs on the side. A veil and bouquet of white flowers completed the classic, luxurious look. On the way down the aisle, Paris followed to the sound of Kim Petras, who sang I Can’t Help Falling in Love.
After the religious ceremony, for the time to dance with the groom, she chose an off-the-shoulder dress, well-waisted, with a sweetheart neckline and a flared skirt. As for the bride's dance, she wore a short dress. To enjoy the party with the guests, she opted for a more refined model.
The bridesmaids could choose the dress model and the only requirement was to keep the classic pink tone for all. Among the godmothers was Nicky Rothschild, who is Paris' sister. The church was decorated with white flowers, in a classic and clean style.
The lavish ceremony was attended by celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Emma Roberts, Demi Lovato and Kim Petras. On the night of the ceremony, after the religious celebration, the bride and groom went to a dinner in which Demi Lovato sang I Will Always Love You. The song chosen for the couple's first dance was Just The Way You Are, by Bruno Mars.
All the details of the wedding, including the religious celebration, were filmed for a documentary / series that the socialite released in November 2021 and which is called Paris in Love.
But the celebrations did not end there. The next day, Paris and Carter took guests to a themed celebration on the Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles at an amusement park. The place had neon decor, typical toys and lots of music. A funky celebration, in Paris style.
To match the environment, she wore a pink mullet dress, swirled and with sparkling drip applications. Pink was also present in the purse, boots, veil and heart-shaped glasses that Paris wore. For us, we know that for her this was no sacrifice, since pink is known to be her favorite color.
